Initial Appointment and Client Information

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours’ in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment so we may offer that time to another client.

If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of your service price.

"NO-SHOWS”

If you don't cancel and don't show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the original service to be paid at your next scheduled visit. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without providing prior notice to the Recovery Lab Institute, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

Late Client Policy

We understand . . . things happen. If for any reason you anticipate being late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call/text us at 858-519-4055.

We work hard to schedule the required amount of time for each service. Accommodating late often disrupts other guests' scheduled appointments that day. Please be aware that, in the event you are late, we cannot guarantee your services will be performed that day or performed in full. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.
